BigFoot Staffing is working on behalf of our client to hire a licensed Elevator Mechanic with expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing elevator and lift systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. We’re seeking candidates with formal training and their Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) credential who are ready to bring their skills to a professional, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair elevator systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on elevators and conveyance equipment to ensure compliance and minimize downtime
• Service and repair hydraulic and traction elevator components
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on elevator control systems
• Partner with field service teams to provide responsive on-site support and customer service
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Follow all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Current Elevator Mechanic License (required)
• Certification: Formal training and Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) required
• Experience: Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing elevator systems in commercial, residential, or industrial environments
• Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
• Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour (DOE)
• Hours: 40–50 hours per week
