About the Role:

Join a client-facing team that helps customers with trading, account services, and financial education. You'll guide clients through our platform, address a variety of concerns, and identify additional financial needs. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to explain trading strategies and market trends clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with trades and account issues
  
  
• Educate clients on financial topics and tools
  
  
• Provide website navigation support
  
  
• Identify and address client needs
  
  
• Solve problems efficiently and effectively
  
  
  

  Requirements:

  
  
  
  • 2+ years in client services, financial services, or a call center (work, military, or education)
    
    
  • SIE, 7, and 63
    
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    
    
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    
    
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
    
    
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using search tools
