As a Lifeguard at Cedar Point, you ensure the safety of guests by monitoring pools, slides, and lazy rivers while enforcing waterpark rules. The role includes paid lifeguard training, proper use of rescue equipment, and delivering a fun, safe environment for visitors. At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as a Lifeguard means you’ll keep our guests safe at our pools at our Castaway Bay Resort or Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. You’ll also…

• Earn a PAID lifeguard license.
• Monitor and enforce the waterpark rules in our pools, slides, and lazy river.
• Receive continued training.
• Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment.

Positions available:

• Part Time Year Round Castaway Bay Lifeguard: $18/hour
  • Part-Time Associates are not eligible for Cedar Point Housing
• Seasonal Castaway Bay Lifeguard: $15/hour
• Seasonal Cedar Point Shores lifeguard: $15/hour
