Description Angels of Care Home Health is looking for
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) in
Clyde , NC. We provide private duty nursing in Buncombe and surrounding counties now.

#HALOS Pay Range: $28-34/hr Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.
We are looking for
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
