Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Technician openings in Pine City, MN . Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule as outlined by the production manager
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines, air compressors, forklifts, and auxiliary equipment
• Assist with outdoor maintenance including snow/ice removal and basic landscaping
• Ensure safe and well-maintained exterior areas

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and forklifts
• Strong welding skills and familiarity with welding techniques and equipment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Minimum 1 year of machine maintenance experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs regularly
• Position requires bending, lifting, walking, and standing/sitting for extended periods
