  • Engage with clients and partners to support business development initiatives.
  • Travel globally to mine sites, exploration projects, and corporate offices as required.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in hard rock mining, mineral exploration, or resource development.
  • Proven management experience, leading geological teams and projects
  • Strong coding and data analytics skills in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for geological data processing and modeling.
  • Extensive experience with geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine, or similar).
  • Experience with core scanning technology and a keen interest in advancing its application in mining.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex geological data to diverse audiences.
  • A willingness to travel globally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work with major mining companies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven geological data analysis and automation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge geological technology.
  • Global travel and exposure to diverse mining operations.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment with career growth opportunities.

If you are a highly skilled Senior Geologist with a passion for mining, technology, coding, and leadership, we encourage you to apply and be part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation in the industry.
