We're hiring a Manager, Ecommerce who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize sales. Leveraging your expertise and experience to support multiple brands, this role will drive growth in sales and engagement for the channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a digital business.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the Online store manager for TikTok Shop, in alignment with brand, category, and channel strategies

· Drive the commercial strategy to maximize sales and consumer reach

· Responsible for the financial management of TikTok Shop store, including sales, merchandising, inventory and media traffic, in partnership with cross functional teams

Content and Marketing Strategy

· Create and manage content calendar across touchpoints, gaining cross-functional alignment and support from internal teams

· Oversee store operations, content operations (live & video) and creator affiliate operations to drive creative & cohesive content programming to deliver sales targets

Performance Reporting and Insights

· Manage regular reporting of TikTok Shop performance, drive insights review to inform content and Online strategy. Must be able to proactively manage traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimizations to drive sales growth.

· Manage TSP relationship & on-going services or other vendors as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

· University Degree from a reputable university; overseas study (for a year or duration of university education) preferred.

Work Experience:

· 10 years working experience of which more than 5 years are directly managing e-commerce

· Strong understanding of e-commerce, improving brand site experience, managing the marketing calendar and executing campaigns and driving business results

· A strong understanding of the 3PP players, ideally with first-hand experience of managing the relationship and programs to achieve successful business results

· Experience working in a Western company (ideally but not limited to cosmetics, luxury, FMCG) and a track record of delivering market share growth

· Understanding of media landscape and how this can be leveraged to develop omnichannel communications plans that includes performance driven media to drive e-commerce sales, consumer loyalty and drive market share

· Basic understanding of site operations (suchas HTML, CSS, JS)

· Competency in leveraging on-site analytics tools (GA) and other data sources to improve site experience and optimize sales
