Our industry-leading team includes 200+ team members supporting 50+ clients with services spanning content production, experiential and event marketing, hospitality, brand and partnership consulting, creative, social and digital marketing, and platform development. We also own and operate event properties across the professional and collegiate sports landscape, focused on sports including basketball, football, golf, pickleball, and volleyball. Intersport is seeking to add a dynamic and innovative Manager, or Senior Manager, Social Media to lead social strategies and campaigns for some of the most exciting and collaborative clients in the industry. Our clients value partnership and creativity, allowing us to deliver fun, engaging, and results-driven social media strategies, content, and campaigns. In this role, you will manage multiple clients across industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Ingredients, Construction & Trades, Hospitality, Sports, and Beer, Wine, and Spirits. The Manager / Senior Manager will collaborate closely with internal creative and digital teams to ideate, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and measurable success. Responsibilities include leading social strategies, content development, paid campaigns, community management, analytics, project management, brand compliance, and new business development. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver messaging across platforms and to build client relationships as their go-to social media expert. Salary range: $55,000 to $92,000, depending on full-time, non-internship professional relevant experience. Manager: 4 to 6 years; Senior Manager: 6 to 8 years of experience. Qualifications include a bachelor\'s degree and: Responsibilities General: Embody and reflect Intersport’s performance-based culture; commit to high standards for all agency work; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver executional excellence; develop and present persuasive social media strategies tailored to client goals. Social media management: Manage and oversee accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Content Ideation & Management: Collaborate with Creative teams to brainstorm and produce engaging, on-brand content; schedule and publish content aligned with platform best practices. Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising; benchmark performance; implement pixel tracking for dashboards and actionable insights. Community Management: Foster and grow online communities; engage with followers, respond to comments/messages/mentions, handle brand reputation, and manage influencer/partner relationships to extend reach. Analytics & Reporting: Build live analytics dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Funnel.io, or Supermetrics; track performance metrics and guide optimization. Project Management: Use tools like Asana or Trello to manage workflows, meet deadlines, and adapt to priorities; maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress. Brand Compliance: Ensure content aligns with client legal and ethical guidelines, including FTC influencer guidelines and GDPR practices; stay updated on platform policies. People & Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members; collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging; support broader marketing efforts. New Business Development: Provide digital insights and concepts to support responses to RFPs and new business opportunities; help craft proposals and case studies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Manager: 4 to 6 years’ professional experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting, managing multiple brands and clients. Senior Manager: 6 to 8 years’ professional experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting, managing multiple brands and clients. Expertise in social media playbooks and content calendars; audience segmentation, targeting, and persona development. Ability to A/B test content and optimize campaigns based on performance; knowledge of social listening and sentiment analysis tools. Strong ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable campaigns; proven ability to deliver multi-channel social media strategies with measurable results. Experience working with cross-functional teams; familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, Funnel.io, Supermetrics), and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut). Strong understanding of KPIs, ROI, and social performance reporting; exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
