This role is a mix of event planning and marketing , focused on helping us grow our presence in the real estate space. One week you might be setting up an open house or coordinating a community pop‑up; the next, you’ll be helping launch a social post or prepping a mailer for homeowners and brokers. What the day‑to‑day looks like: Organizing events such as open houses, tours, pop‑ups, or industry showcases Creating or coordinating flyers, mailers, and promotional materials Tracking event turnout and leads in the CRM Working closely with sales and community teams to make sure events actually convert into results You’d be a great fit if you: Have 2–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or real estate Are fluent in Mandarin (must‑have for this role) Enjoy coordinating details and seeing projects through Know your way around CRM tools, basic digital marketing platforms, or analytics tools Don’t mind occasional weekend or evening events Have an eye for design or visual storytelling (bonus!)
