Job Title: Executive Marketing Specialist
Job Type: W2 Contract – 5 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Schedule: M – F, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $ 45 – 50 / hour
Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager supports communications, training, and marketing initiatives that drive the implementation of marketing strategies and achieve sales objectives for Ameriprise Financial . This role involves managing project plans for marketing and communication efforts, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development and execution of marketing materials for programs aimed at increasing plan count, reducing refunds, and educating advisors on new products and processes.
• Partner with product development, implementation, and training teams to ensure alignment of messaging and content.
• Oversee project plans for marketing and communication initiatives, providing general project management support.
• Proofread and edit communications, ensuring version control and content accuracy.
• Manage marketing materials and forms, including inventory management , content updates , and approval workflows .
• Collaborate with management and business units to establish event budgets and manage related expenses.
• Develop thought leadership materials and contribute to brand positioning efforts.
• Identify, develop, and execute communication strategies for key media contacts and customer references.
• Copyedit, proofread, and revise internal and external communications to maintain consistency and brand standards.

• Proven experience in product marketing , preferably within financial services
• Strong background in multi-channel marketing (print, PDF, web, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
