What You'll Be Doing: - Getting Patients Ready to Shine - Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
- Hands-On Clinical Work - Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
- Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented - Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Team Player Extraordinaire - Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
- Patient Educator - Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.
What You Bring to the Table: - Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) - Required at time of hire and must be maintained.
- Certification: Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
- Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections - You'll be giving shots like a pro!
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills - You think on your feet and adapt quickly.
- Excellent Organization & Time Management - You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
- Customer Service Rockstar - Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
- Radiology Certification (if applicable) - If the role requires X-ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist.

- Follow Standards: Perform all duties in alignment with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act to ensure top-notch, safe care for every patient.
What You Need to Bring: - Education: Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Licensure: Current license as a practical nurse in the State of Missouri.
- Certification: Certified in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
