Conversion Training Coordinator

What does a great Training Specialist, Professional I do at Fiserv?

As a Training Specialist, Professional I at Fiserv, you will play a vital role in managing training plans and relationships for new client implementations and migrations. You will lead projects related to training, conversions, and implementations for Premier, Precision, Cleartouch, and Credit Unions. Additionally, you will be a key member of the thought leadership team, focusing on creating, supporting, and enhancing the client experience culture with a strong emphasis on quality, increased LTR scores, and revenue growth.

What you will do:

  • Ensure learning paths meet client needs and provide appropriate learning environments
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in Client Experience concepts
  • Champion Fiserv's direction and strategy
  • Identify and implement opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements
  • Establish and maintain a standard conversion training process for various applications
  • Develop Learning Paths and Certification for clients in core applications
  • Collaborate with other business units for coordinated client training
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and WebEx
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training activities under the supervision of the LCP Training Manager

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Ability to analyze and make recommendations using SWOT
  • Active participation in project meetings
  • Cross-training and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in primary products in the assigned Solutions Framework
  • Understanding of product interactions within Solution Frameworks
  • Proactive development of knowledge related to enhancements and new products
  • Strong collaboration with the Registrars team on Learning Paths in the LMS system
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communication, education, business or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning/Education preferred
  • 4 years Bank Solutions product experience or 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience in Cognitive facilitation, presenting, or Adult Education
  • Client Experience Certification
  • Experience with SDLC project management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision
