We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our creative team in Medina, Ohio. In this role, you will create dynamic and engaging social media content that aligns with conservative values and resonates with target audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of digital culture, and possesses the technical expertise to produce high-quality motion graphics and video content.

Responsibilities:
• Design and produce short-form, social-first content using video clips, audio, memes, and other media assets.
• Develop creative content strategies that reflect conservative principles and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with editors, strategists, and other team members to deliver high-volume, platform-specific content.
• Write effective captions, headlines, and copy to enhance messaging and increase audience engagement.
• Stay updated on political trends, cultural moments, and meme cycles to ensure content remains timely.
• Optimize and format content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to shaping narratives that influence public opinion through creative storytelling.• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing social-first or meme-style content.
• Demonstrated experience in creating social media content, particularly in political or cultural contexts.
• Strong knowledge of conservative politics, digital activism, and online communities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work quickly under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Passion for using digital media to shape narratives and drive engagement.
• Bonus: Experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or media-related roles.
