One of our design studio clients specializing in presentation/live event execution is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join their team for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity. This Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating cutting‑edge motion graphics designs and animations for presentations/live events in a very collaborative project‑based, deadline‑driven environment. The Motion Graphics Designer must have previous motion graphics design and animation experience in an agency, studio, or in‑house professional environment and be a self‑starter who can project manage their own work and meet/deliver against project deadlines and client expectations. Ideal Motion Graphic Designer candidates must have: Excellent design sense, conceptual skills and awareness of current design trends Strong portfolio showing a clean, high‑end aesthetic and comprehensive motion design and animation samples Fully proficient with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of the creative revision process Comfortable in both the lead role and supporting role for different projects as needed Able to self‑manage, work independently with minimal oversight, and adapt to an ever‑changing workload Prioritize projects, communicate progress, and provide consistently outstanding work that meets competing / changing deadlines Effectively communicate with production agency partners / executive‑level end clients and absorb constructive feedback Occasional evenings and weekend work as necessary (we try to keep this to a minimum) Familiar with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote Nice to have: Interactive and 3D design experience Proficient with Cinema4D Basic understanding of presentation technology, including aspect ratios, pixel maps and projection Experience using Millumin Full benefits including healthcare, 401k and a flexible work schedule.
