We’re looking for an Offset Printing Manager who can balance technical expertise with people-first leadership to keep our teams performing at their best. What You’ll Do Manage a high-performing department operating 3 large-format K&B Offset presses and 2 sheeters in a 24/5, fast-paced production facility. Lead teams to achieve top-quality output, maximize efficiency, and ensure reliability in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll not only oversee press and sheeter operations, but also be expected to lead with the following core strengths: Problem Solving & Teamwork – Quickly resolve issues and motivate teams toward shared goals. You’re a Strong Candidate If You Have… 5+ years of management experience, including leadership in printing or a high-production environment. 5 years in fast paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of folding-carton industry (preferred) and offset printing fundamentals. Experience with Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S) and ISO standards. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
