Roles And Responsibilities Comprehensive Support: Help clients with daily living and independence Professional Friendship: Build strong, healthy, respectful relationships Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care and household needs Health and Wellness: Join clients at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of disability experience is helpful but not required Valid driver’s license and insurance Background check and personal or professional reference Must pass a drug screening Must be ready to make a real difference Where We Work We serve people in over 150 towns across Connecticut — from Bridgeport to Hartford, Waterbury to New London, Stamford to Manchester, and everywhere in between.
