Position: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Location: Manassas, VA
Compensation: $600,000 – $1,000,000 per year + up to $100,000 in incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, plan, and perform the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
    • Dental implants and bone grafting
    • Orthognathic surgery
    • Facial trauma and reconstructive surgery
    • Wisdom teeth and dentoalveolar procedures
  • Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy, precision, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and mentor surgical and anesthesia assistants
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, etc.)

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited US Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Active (or eligible) dental license in Virginia
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (ABOMS) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for lifelong learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence
