• Job Title: Partner Attorney - Securities/FINRA
• Location: New York, NY (4 days in office)
• Job Type: Fulltime - Hybrid
• Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 (No book of business required)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Partner to join our Securities Group in our New York City office. This is an exciting and immediate opportunity for a seasoned attorney to step into a leadership role without the need for a book of business, with the potential to take on a book in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services litigation and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with financial services and securities industry clients.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on securities and financial services litigation matters.
• Collaborate with the Securities Group to drive client success and business development initiatives.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
• Work onsite in the NYC office 4 days per week.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional legal services.
• Preferred experience in securities law, financial services litigation, or related practice areas.
• Strong litigation skills and some familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
