In this role, you will solve organizational challenges with peoplerelated solutions. Youll be an integral part of the leadership team. You will also be a thought leader of people and organizational topics who understands every aspect of the business.
You will create the people strategy that will support Googlers in realizing their wildest ambitions. Youll partner with a crossfunctional group of subject matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize Googlers.
The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $165,000$245,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
