Job Description

The Personal Assistant will serve as the right hand to the executive team, managing both professional and occasional personal administrative responsibilities. You will help streamline daily operations, enhance communication between departments, and ensure that schedules, projects, and priorities run seamlessly.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Professional preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to manage virtual meetings.
