Job Title: Independent Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor (Studio Rental or Revenue Share)

Description:

L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center is offering a unique opportunity for independent personal trainers and group fitness instructors to grow their business inside a high-traffic, fully equipped private studio in Quincy, MA.

This is a non-employment, space rental or revenue share opportunity for trainers and instructors who are self-motivated, certified, and ready to take control of their schedule and income.

Opportunities Available:

1. Studio Rental Model

• Rent dedicated space on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis

• Keep 100% of what you charge your clients

• Full access to equipment and amenities during your rental block

2. Revenue Share Model (No Upfront Rental)

• Teach a class and keep 100% of revenue from up to 5 of your private clients

• In exchange, studio members can attend the class at no additional charge

• Perfect for trainers with a small client base looking to grow

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Personal Trainers or Group Fitness Instructors (CPR/First Aid preferred)

• Must carry personal liability insurance

• Proven experience with private clients or group instruction

• Professionalism, reliability, and entrepreneurial mindset

Job Type:

• Independent Contractor / 1099

• Part-Time or Full-Time
