Schedule: Mornings & Evenings (Flexible Hours)

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team and work with our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about strength training and focused on women’s health. This role offers the opportunity for 1-on-1 training and small group sessions, allowing trainers to build their book of business as hours and clientele grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized training sessions focused on strength training, corrective exercises, and injury prevention.
- Develop and implement tailored programming for clients using our workout app for coaching.
- Foster a supportive and positive training environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with Progress with Paige to gain new clients and develop your business.
- Maintain professional standards of conduct, ethics, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Experience in strength training, corrective exercises, and injury prevention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about women’s health and wellness.
- Ability to work flexible hours in the mornings and evenings.
Compensation:
This is a contractor position, with a base of 5 hours per week, allowing for flexibility in growing your client base and business.
