• % of Practice: 20% Sports/Ortho, 60% CNS Rehab, 20% Medical Rehab.
• Support Staff: 2-4 RNs, 1-2 CNAs, PT, OT SLP, Social Worker.
• No. of Beds: 200.
• X-ray Onsite.
• Trauma Level: III.
• EMR: Epic.
• Other Info:
  • Review admissions referrals with rehab liaison.
  • Patients transfer internally from directly upstairs from unit in the same building.
  • Referrals come from internal & external hospitals via case managers.
  • External referrals mostly from hospitals within 50 miles.
  • Occasionally longer distance referrals occur, usually from corrections.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.

Requirements:

• Active CA License.
• BC/BE.
• BLS, ACLS.
