We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Physician Liaison to join our team in the Denver Metro Area . This position plays a vital role in growing referral relationships and promoting the services of our medical group. The role is split between three days per week in the field visiting current and potential referring providers, and two days in the office focused on administrative tasks, outreach coordination, and strategic reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Provider Engagement (60%) – 3 Days per WeekServe as the primary point of contact for referring physicians, practice managers, and healthcare partners.
Conduct routine in-person visits to primary care offices, specialists, urgent care centers, and other referral sources across the Denver Metro area.
Build, maintain, and strengthen referral relationships through consistent communication, education, and problem-solving.
Promote services, specialties, and physicians within the group to targeted referral bases.
Gather feedback from referring practices to identify areas for improvement and support service line growth.
Attend local networking events, conferences, and healthcare mixers as a representative of the practice.
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to schedule outreach visits and maintain appointment calendars with referring providers and office contacts.
Maintain and update a provider database and CRM system to track outreach efforts, call notes, and referral trends.
Analyze referral patterns and generate weekly or monthly reports to share with leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create and distribute promotional materials, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Coordinate and plan practice open houses, CME events, and provider appreciation activities.
Work closely with scheduling, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth referral intake and patient access.
PREFERRED Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in physician liaison, provider relations, medical sales, or healthcare marketing.
Familiarity with the Denver Metro healthcare landscape is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic data analysis.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for fieldwork.
