Seeking experienced pool equipment tech to join a highly respected and growing company.

Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills REQUIRED
An understanding of electrical and plumbing is REQUIRED!!!
Depending on your level of skill and experience, you will be provided continued on the job training to ensure you are enhancing your skill set for success. You can expect the 1st 1-3 months you will be assisting other techs to familiarize yourself with systems and expectations. You will also by studying for and earning the RAIL license required to do your job unassisted and earn more compensation.
Dickson Brothers is a pool equipment install and repair company, NOT a pool cleaning route..
We install and repair automation, heaters, pumps, filters, and all other required and desired pool equipment.
WE DO NOT CLEAN POOLS!
Starting pay is between $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 a year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Dependability and trustworthiness!!!!
Comfortable with working outside in all weather
Attention to detail, with equipment, your installation and the customer's property
Customer service skills
Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
Mechanical aptitude
Valid TX Driver’s License and clean driving record -we supply your work van and tools, you are responsible for them
Service vehicle can and will be provided within 6mths-12mths of hire
**RAIL license a major plus but not required
**CPO license a major plus but not required
