We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Adobe Stock Analytics and Insights team! This will be a key hire for the Data Science CoE (Center of Excellence) for the Adobe Stock business unit.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to develop data science solutions that inform acquisition strategies, optimize retention, and forecast demand. Your work will directly influence Adobe Stock's roadmap by uncovering growth levers and patterns in user behavior, acquisition channels, and user churn dynamics.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,600 -- $276,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
