The Role

Project Management

Lead and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
Identify and engage new clients.
Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Supervise regional staff.
Identify and recruit key personnel for growth.
Implement growth strategies for clients.
Stay informed about local and national regulations and advise staff and clients on new opportunities.
Develop and manage budgets.
Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables.
Respond to RFPs.

Who You Are

Over 10 years of experience.
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
State professional licensing is preferred.
Strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations.
Effective communication skills with peers, clients, and regulators.
Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills.
Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic familiarity with clientele and the environmental consulting industry.
Prior experience in project management, business development, and working with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies.
Strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.
