This position is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about shaping resilient, place-based landscapes that respond to the cultural and environmental richness of South Florida. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design vision and execution of diverse landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact throughout the life of a project. Guide, mentor, and support team members across all levels to ensure design integrity and professional growth. Collaborate with architects, planners, urban designers, and other consultants to deliver cohesive, interdisciplinary work. Contribute to office culture, innovation, and design leadership. Qualifications: Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA). Licensure as a Landscape Architect. A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, technical knowledge, and built work. Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality results under deadlines.
