About the Opportunity

Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for aviation and a talent for delivering complex projects efficiently? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead key aviation initiatives from planning through completion. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive projects that support innovation and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects to meet company goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and procurement.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with FAA and business requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure financial performance and profitability.
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to optimize workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, including change orders and contractual deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 quality management systems and safety standards.
  • Report project status, KPIs, and risks to executive leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement in project delivery, cost management, and process optimization.
  • Maintain strict adherence to FAA, OSHA, and company safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in aviation, MRO, or aerospace manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of aviation production workflows, supply chain, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
