What You'll Be Doing
Operate front-end loaders to transport and load raw materials safely and efficiently
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks
Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement and ensure production flow
Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards
Assist with other quarry operations as needed to support production goals
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance
Reliable attendance and adaptability to changing work priorities
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
