Job Description
CCRM is a national leader in fertility treatment, offering innovative technology and cutting-edge labs to help patients on their path to parenthood. With a network of locations across the U.S., we are expanding rapidly to meet the needs of the growing fertility market. As part of the team, this position will be helping to shape the future of fertility care while playing an instrumental role in the growth and success of the Minneapolis clinic.
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Physician Liaison to join our team and support new patient growth in the Minneapolis market. This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, generating physician referrals, and driving new patient volume. The Physician Liaison will be directly accountable for monthly performance metrics, specifically the number of new patient visits resulting from their outreach and efforts.
This position requires the candidate to be self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting activity goals and generating new leads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to office visits with targeted medical professionals, face-to-face provider meetings, employer events, and both small and large group presentations. This role achieves new patient targets by spending 80%+ of their workday infield prospecting and securing new referral relationships. This team member will work closely with the clinic team and will be measured on the success of their efforts based on the number of new patient visits generated, and the effectiveness of their relationship-building strategies within the market.
