Upwards ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children develop new skills and reach their fullest potential.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and document client progress data
Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children or in ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
