How You Will Make a Difference:

• Deliver direct and compassionate care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Oversee daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate according to Federal, State, and Local regulations, and guidelines set by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures by nursing staff assigned to you.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

• Must possess an active RN license in your state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• A customer service mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Exceptional technical, assessment, and documentation skills, and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
