SafewayTax is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead and strengthen our sales organization. This role is designed for a proven leader who sets high standards, drives disciplined execution, and consistently delivers results. The Sales Director will play a key role in shaping sales performance, developing talent, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Establish and refine sales strategies, processes, and performance standards.
Use data and performance metrics to guide decisions and address gaps.
Partner with executive leadership to align sales execution with business objectives.

Compensation and Growth
Total compensation for this role ranges from $78,000 to $200,000 annually based on target earnings, comprised of a base salary and performance-based incentives. Actual earnings are tied to individual and team performance and may exceed target compensation for top performers. SafewayTax offers clear opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.

• Demonstrated success in senior sales leadership roles with consistent revenue results

• Comfort operating in structured, performance-focused environments
• Experience with CRM platforms; financial or tax-related industries preferred
