Job Title: Printer FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Type: Full time Department: Print Salary Range: Reports to: Sr. Print Lead Core Focus We are seeking a novice Screen Printer to join our dynamic and creative team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in screen printing techniques and processes. As a Screen Printer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Job Description
Role and Responsibilities

 

• Print garments using manual and/or automatic screen press for garment printing with multiple colors
• Collaborate with a 2–3-person team, in all positions of printer, take off, and QC to produce quality garments
• Able to mix ink as needed for print job
• Match paperwork (art/work orders/pick tickets) to production screens & garments at a detailed level
• Meet established production guidelines for output and ship date compliance
• QC printed garments in comparison to Style Guide Standards & Production Work Orders
• Maintain a print accuracy level < 1% error rate
• Utilize basic PC skills to look up & update orders
• Maintain a neat and safe work area
• Partner with all production staff to develop ideas to maintain and improve all levels of service and production
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as directed by immediate supervisor.

• Match numbers, letters, and short descriptions on paperwork and product
• Attention to detail and willingness to critique output of print job against set standards and customer expectations
• Desire to learn other functionalities

• Novice (6 months -1.5 yrs.) printing press (manual or automated) experience
• Read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and repair on press preferred
• Must have basic math skills in counting and quantity
• Ability to work overtime when necessary

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary 
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Flexing into other positions/tasks within the warehouse.
