Job Summary: The Senior Compliance Consultant will assist with compliance management and oversight of our wholesale broker-dealer, Clarendon Insurance Agency, Inc., and support compliance functions related to annuity and life insurance lines. The role involves interaction with senior management, distribution, product, and operations teams on key projects. Main Accountabilities Process state registrations and insurance licenses, track continuing education requirements. Facilitate courses and exams for securities registrations and insurance licensure. Coordinate reporting for licensing activities. Monitor compliance requirements on various schedules. Manage compliance email inquiries. Prepare supervisory reports and responses to employee requests. Review marketing materials and electronic communications for compliance. Participate in compliance testing and respond to business questions. Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. FINRA Series 6 & 26 preferred; required within 6 months of hire. Minimum 3+ years of financial services experience. Knowledge of insurance laws, SEC regulations, FINRA rules related to life and annuities. Strong judgment, analytical skills, and professionalism. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High ethical standards and attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits The base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.
