Senior Front-End Developer job at Purple Drive Austin, TX, US

Job Description

Overview / Experience:

Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects.
High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader driving quality in usability and user experience.
Strong ability to write complex, efficient code, analyze changes, and suggest improvements.
Logical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to design and develop high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Transform design concepts into fully functional web applications.
Build rapid prototypes of design concepts and iterate quickly.
Identify and resolve JavaScript and CSS defects efficiently.
Collaborate with stakeholders to make optimal user experience choices based on business requirements.
Develop scalable, high-performance JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Integrate frontend components with backend web services.
Optimize and refactor existing JavaScript code.
Create reusable code snippets and establish coding standards for team use.

Qualifications & Skills:

Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong experience with Web Components, StencilJS, or Angular.
Advanced knowledge of HTML/HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with cross-browser development and responsive design.
Hands-on experience with Web Services, JSON, JSONP, and AJAX.
Keen attention to detail with a "pixel-perfect" mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
End-to-end web application development experience.
