We are looking for Service Trainer DE (m/w/d) to join our team at Bobcat.

We're looking for someone who:

• Will deliver the service training programs, both in presence or via webinar.
• Will prepare new technical contents relevant to the launch of NPD (New Products Development).
• Will keep up-to-date the training documentations relevant to the current production.
• Will design new contents to further populate the e-learning platform (DBLC).
• Will proactively search for innovative training solutions, like multimedia, gamification apps, online polls...
• Will create test and assessments to monitor the training efficacy

What sets you apart:

• Education in Mechanics - Engineering / Allow Equivalent.
• Technical knowledge, ideally in: Earth moving equipment, hydraulics, engines.
  
  
• Must have German and English.
  
  
• Open communication - excellent trainer's skills, well organised, good commercial spirit.
