Job Description
Our top real estate team is looking for a top-notch showing agent to join our team.
We have more buyers than we can handle and need assistance with showing our active buyers homes and getting them to the offer stage of the transaction.
We will provide every client for you - you won’t be making cold calls or lead-generating. You will earn a portion of the commissions from closings by providing great customer care during showings.
You will work hand in hand with our top agents as a business partner to help us accomplish our mission of elevating lives through real estate.
Requirements
Expert at communicating with clients, scheduling showings, showing properties, and encouraging clients to offer on homes they love
Extremely available to show homes, especially on nights and weekends
Have an active real estate license or be willing to get one ASAP
Responsibilities
Take over scheduling showings for clients after the initial appointment. Attend the first appointment alongside agents, as needed
Send updates to agents on all clients you are working with after showings are complete. Keep notes on each showing and how client criteria or motivation has changed
Notify agents immediately when a client wants to write an offer
Pay
Small Monthly Base pay plus % of GCI for every closing you showed
Our top showings agents can make up to $100,000 per year!
