Job Title: Contract Corporate Recruiter (Full‑Cycle)

Location: Brentwood, TN – On‑Site, Mon–Fri

Term: Full‑Time, 40 hrs/week, through Dec 31 2025

What You’ll Do

• Own 5‑10 requisitions (hourly & salaried) across corporate and manufacturing teams.
• Drive the entire hiring cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and pre‑hire checks.
• Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean searches, and local networking; promote DE&I.
• Keep the ATS current and deliver weekly pipeline/time‑to‑fill metrics to HR and hiring leaders.
• Partner with managers to hit aggressive hiring targets while ensuring a top‑tier candidate experience.

What You Bring

• 3+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Proven ability to juggle high‑volume req loads with tight deadlines.
• Skilled in boolean sourcing, offer negotiation, and at least one enterprise ATS (Workday, iCIMS, etc.).
• Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Able to work on‑site in Brentwood five days per week; authorized to work in the U.S.

Contract & Pay

• W‑2 hourly rate plus optional benefits
