Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions that advance their solar energy objectives. Manage time and territory efficiently to maximize field engagement and customer impact. Monitor and stay informed of solar market and industry trends through collaboration, conferences, and publications. Negotiate and execute customer‑specific project contracts in collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Sales, Service, Customer Support). Leverage CRM tools for accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and KPI management. Collaborate with leadership and sales operations to maintain a healthy and productive opportunity pipeline. Essential Requirements 5+ years of sales or commercial experience in an industrial B2B environment; solar energy experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and commercial audiences. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems for managing sales funnels and forecasting. Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 USD per year, plus commission pay. The role also includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
