**TIG Welder - Up to $30 | Anoka, MN** Join a leading manufacturer serving the food industry! We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder to produce high-quality, custom equipment in a dynamic, precision-driven environment. **What You'll Do** + Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin stainless steel components. + Fabricate custom, short-run, and prototype equipment for food industry applications. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Apply strong math skills for precise measurements and welding tasks. + Execute intricate welding processes-both manual and machine-to meet exacting standards. + Operate welding equipment, adjust machine settings, and use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments. + Handle fixturing and set-up as needed for complex fabrications. **What We're Looking For** + Experience: 7+ years of welding experience. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding, especially with food-grade stainless steel. + Certifications: Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW in Horizontal, Vertical, and All Positions. + Additional Skills: Ability to read blueprints and apply strong math skills for precision work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
