3 - 12 hour shifts per week, with 4 - 12 hour weekend shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients in the Emergency Department. Responsibilities include conducting lab tests as ordered, performing procedures such as applying OCLs, administering breathing treatments, and conducting conscious sedations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department with a patient ratio of 4:1.


• Conduct point-of-care lab tests and documentation using Meditech.


• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.


• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.


• NRP preferred but not required.


• Experience in an Emergency Department setting is highly preferred.
