Position: Medical Assistant Job Description: Schedule, confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff Compile record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
