\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• 4 weekend shifts required per 4 week period with holiday rotation
\n• Floating required within scope to meet facility needs
\n• Patient ratios: 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 dependent on acuity
\n• Guaranteed hours with possible cancellation of 1 shift per 2 week period
\n• 2 years of NICU experience required, preferably Level IV NICU (Level III considered case by case)
\n• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
\n• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License required
\n• First time travelers not accepted
\n• All RTO must be provided at time of submission based on unit needs
\n• Scrub color requirement: Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal blue bottoms
\n• EPIC charting system used
\n• Hurricane season assignment: May be assigned to emergency response teams June through November
\n• Non-billable modules required averaging 4 hours, completed pre-start
\n• $20 registration fee for parking hang tag at 91 Presidents Street garage

\nThis Level I Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital is a teaching facility with 820 total staffed beds. The 82-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit serves as the regional referral center, providing comprehensive care to premature and critically ill neonates. The NICU offers advanced medical and surgical care for conditions including prematurity, respiratory distress, and neonatal surgical conditions, with specialized services including ECMO/CRRT, surgical support, and pediatric palliative care. The unit features all monitored beds and supports an infant home monitoring program for discharge planning.
