About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice Chancellor for Economic Mobility and Workforce Development to lead its mission of ending poverty and enhancing economic and social mobility through education and training. A Master's degree is required, with a preference for a doctorate, and a National Association of Workforce Development Professional (NAWDP) certification. The Vice Chancellor will be responsible for nurturing the company's position in the regional workforce ecosystem, facilitating pathways for students into high-demand careers, and ensuring that education and training solutions are responsive to the needs of employers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and leading workforce programs, forging industry partnerships, and a strong background in grant writing and resource development.
