Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and professional Virtual Assistant to support executive-level operations, administrative tasks, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual events.

Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and maintain inbox organization.

Perform data entry, document preparation, and basic research tasks.

Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.

Support project tracking, task reminders, and follow-up actions.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders across time zones.

Adapt to evolving priorities and deliver consistently under remote supervision.


Required Qualifications:

U.S. residency required; applications from outside the U.S. will be rejected.

High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.


Hourly Pay from $25 to $60/hour.
