Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Distribution Support team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: $19/hr

Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon - Fri

What's the Job?

• Support tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions
• Operate and maintain forklift certification to support warehouse activities
• Interact with team members including Supervisors, Coordinators, and Inventory Control staff to resolve open issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Provide feedback on daily operations to improve processes and productivity

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Computer skills required, including experience with warehouse management systems
• Minimum of 3 years of material handling experience with equipment such as Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
