2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION Chicago Metropolitan Area

COMPENSATION $73,000 - $92,000

COMPANY TYPE Global Food Manufacturer

MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct all activities in the distribution center for second shift operations.
• Lead daily warehouse meetings and participate in management discussions.
• Manage team member compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Act as a key stakeholder for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Oversee and enforce compliance with all governmental and food safety regulations.
• Develop, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the department.
• Manage department payroll, inventory control, and labor efficiency cost savings.
• Serve as a main point of contact for sales, finance, customer service, and production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is required.
• Extensive working knowledge of current food safety regulations, including HACCP/SQF.
• Computer skills within an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Advanced communication skills to develop, coach, and mentor team members.
