Join Our Team: Advanced CNC & Lathe Machining Specialist

Are you ready to dive into a world of precision and innovation? At our company, you’ll set up and operate manual and CNC lathes as well as manual mills to create essential components for turbines, compressors, and Elliott parts.

• Begin with understanding detailed supervisory instructions.
• Receive and interpret intricate part and tool drawings.
• Ensure all materials align with order specifications.
• Retrieve and customize tools, ensuring inventory levels are stable.
• Effectively set up machines, adjusting tools and fixtures for optimal performance.
• Precisely position and submit materials for machining processes including turning, milling, and boring.
• Engage in final polishing using both hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Maintain an orderly workspace, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Be proactive in reporting any defects or issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols consistently.
• Contribute to production recording and analysis via data collection systems.
• Use advanced machinery including forklifts, hoists, and material handling equipment.
• Develop basic CNC programs using machine control capabilities and update these to shared servers.
• Commit to reviewing workloads and adjusting to meet demands.
• Perform verification on tools and parts using various instruments.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
• Willingness to embrace flexible work hours across all shifts.
• Openness to work beyond regular hours including holidays and weekends.

• Proficient in GD&T and CNC tooling.
• Adept at troubleshooting, G-Code comprehension, and performing machine setups.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and programming CNC machines.

• Multimeter, CNC Lathes, and Vertical Lathes (Okuma, Mazak, Haas, Doosan).
